Meleah is a true real estate professional. Her expertise and unwavering support made a world of difference during a challenging time. Ive known her for years, and entrusting her with the sale of my late mothers house in Austin was the best decision. Despite the emotional weight of the sale and the complexity due to our remote location (out of state) and legal intricacies, Meleah handled everything with grace and patience. A minor was on the deed (not a good idea, but it’s something my mom did for some reason), and every step of the process required significant attention to detail and understanding of the law. She went above and beyond, regularly checking on the house (which was across town from her), coordinating repairs, and even liaising with the courts on our behalf. Her exceptional team and network of professionals are amazing. She knows the market and priced the property right, held an open house, negotiated multiple offers, and communicated effectively with everyone involved. Also, she was very responsive to calls and emails - which is rare these days. Meleah’s abilities and dedication are truly commendable. Highly recommend!

Meleah Wehman is an INCREDIBLE REALTOR! She only ever receives the maximum 5 stars on all her reviews across all platforms. Meleah is truly OUTSTANDING so I am joining the crowd in giving her 5 STARS too! It all started in 2018 when we arrived in Austin from London UK to buy a home. Meleah helped us close in less than 30 days on a six bedroom home with panoramic lake views. She left nothing to chance and had already viewed this home and met the owners before we arrived from the UK. In the Fall of 2022 we decided we wanted to move and of course we contacted Meleah to help us with the task to sell our home. At this time, the Austin housing market was incredibly difficult. The luxury end of the Austin housing market was seeing prices falling rapidly and inventory was piling up as builders, landlords and homeowners were all desperate to shift housing stock. The reality was that nothing was really selling and mortgage rates were rising fast! Meleah went to work to create incredible marketing material using outstanding photography, video and 3D walkthrough etc. Our luxury home looked like it was in Architectural Digest when it was posted online. The saves and likes started flowing in on the various marketing platforms. Still, nothing was selling where we lived and more and more housing inventory piled up!! We discussed strategy with Meleah and decided to lower the price to create interest from a bigger pool of buyers. Within 10 days we received MULTIPLE OFFERS! Meleah spent significant time checking the finances of the prospective buyers and personally spoke with their mortgage lenders to ensure no details were overlooked. She expertly guided us to the financially strongest buyer. She then helped us negotiate with this buyer and they subsequently increased their OFFER BY OVER $100,000!! We closed on the sale six weeks later. Everything went according to plan because Meleah was on top of all the details and had already closed over 75 house transactions with the Escrow company she recommended that we worked with. Two months after we accepted the buyers offer, there are still over 50 homes available priced over $1Million in the area where we lived in Austin. No other home has sold or gone pending since, so I credit the sale of our home to MELEAH and nothing else!

Meleah is fantastic. We have worked with three different realtors now (different states) and we wish we could take Meleah with us everywhere we go! We have worked with her selling two homes and purchasing one we built. She helped us sell quickly in a slower market. She is extremely responsive. She has helped our friends and many first time home buyers be successful. She is excellent with negotiating and guiding us through the process no matter what the market is doing or what the inspection report says. She has your best interest in mind and customizes her negations and marketing approach to your individual needs. This last sell was extra challenging for us since we have a 14 month old and are moving 800 miles north. Even with the extra stresses Meleah helped us stay focused, calm, and get everything done. We will continue to recommend her to all our Austin contacts and if we ever find ourselves in the Austin area again we will definitely be reaching out.

Meleah is a ROCK STAR! Whatever she is making with Really Austin is too little. She helped us buy our house when we moved into Cedar Park and sold that house when we moved out of the area a month or so ago.When we started looking at the house to buy a couple of years ago, we were living in China, and within minutes of entering our information into your website, Meleah called our US number to follow up. She was very attentive and so helpful throughout that transaction.She kept our business by dropping things off at various times to us (cookies, sunscreen at the beginning of summer, etc.) even through the pandemic! She never forgot about us. I mean, not to sound crass, but the realtor process can feel like its one and done with no follow-up - but Meleah really cares!Throughout our most recent home sale, she helped us walk through a crazy market and sold our house for $60k over the asking price! She feels like a family friend now, not just a realtor. Or maybe she has redefined what realtor means to our family!I have told Meleah that she has ruined us for any future realtors! We have moved from the area (to Bryan, TX) and do not plan another move, but still, well struggle with comparing every future realtor with Meleah and finding them lacking. I am very thankful that I was referred to Meleah. I was not located in the Austin area at the time of my search. Meleah was always responsive, knowledgeable and offered to look at any house that I wanted. This was not an easy time to buy, and she was respectful on how she communicated the competitiveness of the Austin market to me. We put offers in on several houses with no success due to the winning bids being so high above asking. She never lost patience, always kept cool, and handled the whole process in the most professional way possible. She gave me great advice to consider the purchase of a new home, and I walked into a lot of equity upon closing thanks to this advice. It worked out really, really well. In short, I’m unsure how you could get a better buyer’s agent than her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering a house in the area. Of course, if I ever purchase another home in the area, she’ll be the first one I contact. I really enjoyed working with her. We were lucky enough to be paired with Meleah Wehman, and she definitely went above and beyond all our expectations. It was a long process as we lived in NY, and we were trying to move to TX for about 3+ years. She stayed true to us the entire time, checking up on us to see if anything had changed on our end, how things were going, and sent us personalized home searches. We finally wrapped up all our responsibilities in NY and were able to come to TX to look at homes this year. She planned a very well organized schedule, and in October, we looked at about 12 houses in 2 days. She listened to our needs and was very understanding, asked us what we really wanted in our dream home, and did not push us one way or another. She gave her honest opinion about questions we had pertaining to each house and was extremely knowledgeable about everything down to what kind of grass the lawn had. The last house we looked at ended up being the one we fell in love with, and we closed in November. The whole closing process was actually quick and easy because when we were feeling overwhelmed, Meleah made us feel confident and reassured us she was there to help with any questions we had, which there were many of. She explained all the paperwork in detail and made sure we understood everything. Meleah always responded to all of our questions, email, and text, and if she did not know the answer, Meleah worked hard to make sure she got an answer for us, she never left us hanging, not once. Even after we moved in, Meleah continues to answer questions we have and is extremely helpful and experienced. She brought us beautiful and amazing personalized closing gifts, which made us feel so happy and welcomed to the Great State of Texas.
