Megan is such an amazing realtor! My husband and I were very picky but she didn’t mind. Due to our long work hours, Megan was often showing us houses late in the evening. If we had questions about a property, she would give us honest answers and always told us if a house wasn’t right for us or if it didn’t have something specific that we were looking for. She was always available for any question we had and really helped us through our home buying process. We found our dream home because of Megan and she made sure we got everything we wanted in a new home. She made sure to ask for our specific needs in our offer. She really went above and beyond for us and was super patient with us. 10/10 recommend Megan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

What can I say about Megan? She has been a true joy to work with in purchasing AND selling our home. We were able to close on time and had a great experience. She has true attention to detail when it came to selling our home and we were able to get an offer on our house within less than 2 weeks. We were not expecting the process to go that quickly with so many other homes in the market. Megan had a vision from the start and she followed through with it. It was not an easy process, but her and her team made it as smooth as possible.

Megan is amazing. She knows her stuff and keeps buyers/sellers in line. She is diligent, persistent and has an amazing team surrounding her also. Megan handled a complicated sale of our home as well as an even more complicated buy of our new home. The market is bumpy and complicated right now and you need someone in your corner to advocate and advise you. Megan is it! This process took 4 months....she stayed with it from beginning to end. She has a method to success if you follow it and listen. I would use Megan 1000 times again if I ever planned to move again...which I do not :)

I was all over the place when it came to what I was looking for but Megan listened. I mean REALLY listened to what I wanted but showed me anything I said I wanted to see. Including places she knew wouldn’t suit me or that I would veto. Her knowledge of houses, the area, what would be stumbling blocks and her ability to communicate those things clearly and professionally are awesome.
