These guys are amazing! I live overseas and wanted to buy a property back home in Melbourne and needed some help. These guys helped with everything. From finding the property, to helping me purchase the property, to recommending solicitors, to finding tenants. They even managed insulation of the heating and air-conditioning unit that needed to be installed. It has been a seamless process and they have been wonderful. I’m very grateful for them and can recommend them highly.

Whitney Smith is the BEST Realtor in Memorial / Energy Corridor!Whitney is a go-getter! We put our house up on the market late in the year (End of Sep) as interest rates were soaring. It was definitely the start of a buyers market. We had multiple offers and closed on the home within 45 days. Throughout the option period, Whitney was persistent in making sure the deal went through. Throughout the process she was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. She was able to negotiate a stellar deal that allowed us (sellers) and buyers to come to a solid agreement. We couldn’t be more happy and confident in our decision to go with Whitney!

I am a raving fan of the Erin Meadows team. There are so many positives, it’s hard to know what to highlight. They are fast communicators, tough negotiators, professional, easy to work with, and have a great sense of humor. Adorina was my real estate agent on a new construction home in Georgetown, Tx. This means the buying process was much longer than a typical home purchase and Adorina was extremely thorough and responsive for the 17 months it took for our house to be built. She coordinated the meetings with our homebuilder and made sure we didn’t miss little details; this was our first new construction home experience. She stayed on top of the homebuilder to make sure that the design choices my wife and I wanted actually materialized or the design substitutions (because of supply/demand issues) we’re met our wants. She travelled to Georgetown, TX from Houston to check on the home building process over 3 times since I was currently stationed out of state. As an active duty Soldier stationed across the country, she provided my family with peace of mind since I could not physically be in TX to check on progress for our house. I will work with Adorina again!
