    Marsha Sikes (Review of experience)Marsha is a wonderful agent to work with. After we contacted Marsha about being our realtor to help find us a new home she accepted and went right to work. She ask us all of the questions she needed answered to start looking. By the end of the first week she had 50 homes for us to look at. She called us every other day to check in. When we ask her to narrow our search she did so without issue. When we came to Forney she met us and took us to houses based on what we told her we were looking for. The first day went great but, we wanted to see houses like we were looking at in another location.within two hours we had found our new home. She knew everting that we needed do. She has great experience and we knew w and e were in good hands. During the two days Marsha helped us find a house she never pushed us toward a house, she was very professional at all times. When we asked questions she always gave us an honest answer. She never had to think or ponder when we asked her a question she always knew the answer. She was always on time when we were going to meet. She dressed nice and looked and acted like the professional she is. After we signed the initial paperwork and went back to New Mexico she made sure everything was staying on track. She covered us for both inspections.     I was really blessed the day I found Monica Johnson, about 8 years ago, when I needed to find a home to accommodate myself, my fiancƩ, our dog, and my elderly mom, who was moving from Florida with her dog, to live with us. Monica made the whole process seamless. With her bubbly personality and expertise, buying a home was more of a fun adventure than a stressful experience. In the fall of 2022, when I needed to sell the house to move my mom and myself to another state to live with my brother, I immediately contacted Monica, and she quickly set up a meeting with me to create the game plan for preparing our home to sell. We made our move out of state very shortly after that, and I left everything in Monicas capable hands. The house was still undergoing some work to prepare it for listing, and Monica took care of overseeing the process. Sadly, my mom fell ill and passed away soon after the house was listed, and as timing would have it, we received an offer the day after she passed. Without Monica handling things for me, I dont know how I could have gotten through dealing with all that goes with selling a home, while also preparing out of state funeral arrangements for my mom and taking care of her affairs. Monica was, and still is, a gift from above. She jumped every hurdle, put out every fire, crossed every t, and dotted every i, all while providing endless compassion and support to my family and me.
