New Pool House Construction.After several interviews with builders in the Midlothian area my decision was Allan McKeever. I had several ideas about my design & together we came up with a plan. He helped me with the blue print design and arranged all of the building permits from the city. Once everything was in hand the project got started. His team of contractors were all lined from start to finish. My project turned out exactly like I wanted thanks to Allan. He was always on the site to make sure everything got done right the first time. With over 30 years of building experience this man knows his stuff.Thank you so much. My wife and I used Allan and Julie to sell our old house and also build us a custom home. This was the first time we had sold a house and also the first time to build a custom home and it could not have been easier. Julie did a great job marketing our house and getting it sold fast. We had an offer on the home for over asking within 4 hours of it being live on the market. We had heard horror stories of building a custom home so we were a little scared when getting started. Allan also made that process easy. We had given him a size request and also a budget to stay around and he nailed it. We stayed on budget and the house was built quickly with all local contractors and vendors. We could not have been happier with the house he built for us. He was always available to meet or to take phone calls. Always open to changes we wanted to make along the way and did everything he could to build the house of our dreams and he did just that. Allan was at the house during the construction process at least 6 days a week and most weeks he was there everyday even Sundays. He paid close attention to us and the house and that was something we were really wanting when taking on the biggest project of our lives. Allan and Julie are both honest hard working people and we highly recommend them to anyone buying, selling, or building a house.

We did not realize it, but over time the brick facing since 2002 had developed small cracks and the various areas of flashing had settled over time.
