I’ve bought and sold 3 homes now and worked with so many realtors. Tanesha was by far the most knowledgeable, hard working and motivating person I think I’ve ever worked with. We searched for something very specific for 5 long months. When I was ready to throw in the towel, she never wavered and now I’m in exactly what I set out to find. She was always available for my millions of questions and was out there with me morning, evening and weekend combing through every possibility. The thing that I appreciated so much was her vast knowledge. I was working with a VA home loan and there were many times when she had to educate selling realtors on my loan and the process because a lot of them believed I wasn’t eligible for their homes. They were always wrong and Tanesha, very nicely, educated them. She also has a way about her where all agents, sellers, buyers, everyone loves her. Because of the amazing relationships she builds, we had no issues with negotiations, being kept in the loop or getting what we asked for; people were happy to do it because she’s so genuine. I plan to buy and sell more houses and I will always always always use Tanesha. She’s amazing!

There are simply not enough stars for this amazing lady! We highly recommend her!From the start she went to work listening to our needs, wants, and absolute nos. She was very patient with us and even we had a decrease in our budget, she assured us and put our worries of us not being able to find what we wanted anymore at ease. She was very personable as well, which was a plus for us because our concerns became her concerns. She even helped us find a lender in the area as we moved from out of state.Her never ending hard work didnt stop with lets make an offer either. She took the time to ensure we put the best offer in, then she ensured that all the repairs that were a concern for us (fireplace cleaning, electrical outlets, dry rot,...etc) were address by the sellers.She then set us up with an amazing title company, who were amazing as well.Tanesha has truly been amazing with us. If you use her as your realtor (which you should) you will be making the best choice to help make this stressful process way less stressful!! We never once felt like we were being forced to settle, or accept anything that we didnt 100% feel comfortable with.
