Ms. Villarreal recently helped my mother in law to sell her house. She was beyond efficient and amazing. She was the 3rd realtor to try to sell this house and She sold it almost immediately. She took Her time and took it upon herself to bring each interested buyer to the house and did the showing personally. That in fact in my opinion was what helped with the sale.
