Because of busyness of life I keep forgetting to post a review; but is not too late. Shonna and her team did an excellent job helping me find a house. She was very patient with me, helped me to look where I didn’t see, gave me great advice, and went far and beyond when it was time to close the deal. She has so much knowledge of the market and above all else is honest and leads with integrity. She cautioned us when we saw certain homes with rose-colored glasses, which I so much appreciate, because she’s not in the business just to make a sale. She’s also a very aggressive negotiator when appropriate and she is very well-respected among other local realtors, so you definitely want her on your side!
