We met Mathew about 7 months ago, he was recommended to us by our realtor who helped us sell our properties in the state of Georgia. Mathew agreed to sell our property that the previous realtor had not been able to sell, and he used his knowledge and marketing techniques to sell us the property very quickly. We had a fantastic experience working with Matthew. Initially, we consulted with Matthew on possible investment opportunities that ultimately we walked away from. Sometimes the best deal is the one you walk away from, and having a realtor you trust who isnt just trying to push for their commission is critical. Several months later, he ended up helping us purchase a new personal property and sell our old one so weve done two seperate deals with him. His professionalism and expertise were invaluable both in the buying and selling process, in particular as we navigated a challenging and rapidly changing real estate climate (2023). Throughout the process, Matthew took the time to genuinely understand what we were looking for in our new home, was a good communicator, was always happy to answer our questions, and never failed to lighten the mood with his sense of humor along the way. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the broader Austin area.

Matthew recently helped me find a new home to rent in Austin. Working with him was by far the best experience I have had with a realtor - ever! He is extremely responsive by phone and email and stayed involved with me - didnt just set me up with a search and move on. The moment I found something I wanted, he helped me get it by driving me to drop off my application immediately after viewing the property. What really impressed me was that he stayed in contact, even after my lease was signed and met me to do the initial walk-through and condition report of the property. I dare you to find another realtor that would stay invested after a lease was signed! Matthew made the experience of finding a new home effortless for me. Im definitely using him again the next time I move!

Ive got to say, this is my first time buying a house and working with a real estate agent (so I dont have much in way of basing a comparison). We have never had a realtor like Matt. This was our 5th experience with a realtor, and while we always felt taken care of previously, Matt proved to raise the bar, SUBSTANTIALLY! We sold our home for far more money than we ever imagined, in just one weekend, thanks to his expertise and strong marketing plan. You get so much more by using Matt, who goes above and beyond. How might you ask? Well, he mentioned he will be there to help us throughout the process, even down to a lawn mow, if needed, and when the time came that we actually ended up needing help, he was there in a matter of 20 minutes. What happened was our home was set to close during the massive snowstorm in Austin and when our movers backed out at the last minute, followed by loosing the electricity (Heat!) and water, Matt came over and literally helped us load our home into our storage Pod IN THE DARK. He asked for nothing in return, he helped make light of a really hard situation and has became a great friend throughout the entire process.
