Im gonna start this off by saying I was not an easy client. I lived out-of-state, and my work was transferring me to Texas. I am a pretty busy guy so I did not have a lot of time to travel back-and-forth to look at houses. So what would happen is I would find something I liked. I would bring it to Matts attention and he would go to the house Check it out for me and video Call me so I could look at it for myself. I could not have asked for a better realtor he put a lot of time in finding me a house that I love. I really appreciate everything that Matt did for me. And I would highly recommend him.

I do not have enough words to say thank you for everything Matt has done to help me in the process of purchasing a lot of land. Every time I reached out to him, he was always attentive and would provide me with the information I was requesting. He started right away by showing houses virtual and doing several video views of homes available. Matt was amazing and super helpful in helping my husband and I find a rental in the El Paso area. I was struggling to find a place on my own and so I googled local realtors in El Paso and found Matt. I gave him a call and he was very quick to return it. My husband and I were actually his first rental clients (he usually works with families looking to buy homes) nevertheless, he helped us out. We were able to line up three viewings the next day and my husband and I decided on a place later that night. Matt had info on each house and the surrounding areas. This was super helpful to me as we did not know the areas well. He even went above and beyond to accompany us when we met with the property manager to get our keys. Matt was always quick to respond to my questions and communicated well with me all the updates on the property while we were waiting for approval. Matt is the realtor you need! Supportive, persistent and prompt on every detail to make your dream home a reality. I am a first time home buyer/VA LOAN user and I felt very comfortable with him all through the process beginning from our initial conversation.He first introduced me to the app that helps you do your own research and followed up with me often to make sure he was on the same page.He was supportive as I put a second offer on the house I wanted. Though our bid was lower and we wanted to re-offer, he took time and explained options of how to make our offer strong without forcing to do it one way and wasn’t pushy or overbearing. I felt like I was in the driver’s seat but that I had a professional as my co-driver.When it was time to close on the house and getting all the paperwork and details sorted out, he stayed on top of coordinating all the people involved.
