I have worked with several realtors, but when comes to Matina Rose she is the best at selling your home/ property. Matina is very professional and respectful. What I love most about her is she does return your calls within 15 minutes if she is unable to answer not like my other realtors who would not return my calls until the following day. The lines of communication are always open. Once the property/home is on the market she kicks into high gear on getting it sold ASAP by doing open houses, virtual tours and posting it on social media. So if your ever in need of a realtor I highly recommend Matina. She will be the only realtor I will be using from here on out.

Our family moved from PHX to DFW and Matina was an amazing realtor. She did video tours of the houses we wanted to see as well as went above and beyond many times to help us since we were not there physically to view the properties. Thank you Matina for helping us on our journey. We started almost two years ago. You joined us a little over a year ago. You were so patient with us. You waited until the perfect time and house came. You are the best!!!!February 23 2022. Follow up from our last review. Once Matina helped us get our dream home we then needed to sell our other home in Waxahachie. We were restoring the Victorian home while we lived in our other home. Beginning of February we put our other home on the market. It sold in three days with a cash offer above list price and a two week escrow. Even in this hot market Matina didn’t skip on any steps to market our home. Professional photos, flyers and custom signs with specific instructions we needed when agents would show our home. She’s a full service agent even in this market. She monitored every detail from beginning to closing. Thank you again Matina’

She handled an out of state sale for me so I didn’t have to go from Texas to Washington multiple times. Professional, with extremely proficient communication skills and has the best follow-through.We had a rodent infestation as the house had sat empty for a bit and she coordinated and followed through with ensuring her tradesmen had done their work prior to getting it reinspected. I appreciated her ability to take responsibility and not take for granted with anything, ensuring we stayed on track.I will use her company again in the future if the need ever arises.
