Matilde is so passionate about her job and dedicated to her clients. We met Matilde through Zillow and immediately clicked! She is so open, honest, professional, and she truly cares about her clients. She made the process of buying our first home so easy and smooth. As a first time homebuyer there is a lot that you don’t know and so much to learn and it can be scary. Matilde eased our anxieties and explained everything in ways that we would understand. She is also so PATIENT. Which is an important quality to have in a realtor. She showed us so many houses for months and never made us feel like we are a burden at all. She never pressured us into any decisions and she had our back through it all. We really felt like we were working with family or a best friend. My husband and I work until 6/7 PM everyday and she showed us houses in the evening and was able to accommodate our schedules even though she lives pretty far from the area we were looking in. Matilde is respectful and kind and funny and a joy to be around. She will go above and beyond for her clients. I can proudly say that we feel like we’ve earned a lifelong friendship. Working with Matilde was great! Im in California and my parents moved to Texas, so happy they found someone that they were comfortable working with. Any questions we had she was there to answer, no matter the time, which was great since its a 2 hour difference. Of course it was a bit stressful, but when is getting a house not stressful? Overall very happy with Matildes service, if I ever plan to join my parents in Texas I will definitely work with her again.
