I had such a positive experience working with Mary. As a first time home buyer, I went into the home buying process with a lot of apprehension, but she always went above and beyond to make sure I had all the resources and knowledge to make informed decisions. A true professional, Mary was warm, communicative, and always available when I had questions. It was clear from our first phone call how much she cares for her clients- I really felt like I had someone looking out for me every step of the way. As a lender, I get the opportunity to work with many agents, and work with both sides of the transaction. I can say that it was a pleasure to work with Mary. Recently, she had a Veteran (repeat) client that she trusted with me as the lender. This was one for the books. From the lending process and working the Vet.. it was a breeze, but they did have to go through MULITPLE properties to get the right one... when dealing with rural properties, they come with their own set of challenges...Mary was a pro in helping the client navigate through the challenges they were seeing. Once under contract, we faced several more challenges from the listing side... challenges that are not unique but are rare to come across. Mary was outstanding and guided the clients expertly through the ups and downs, and also, provided a great bit of emotional support. The communication that Mary provided to my team and myself, the clients, and all of the back and forth she had to do with the listing side, negotiating and WINNING for her client went above and beyond. I can say without any reservation, that Mary Williams is an agent that I would trust with my personal business, and to go a step further, I would trust her with my family’s business!10/10

We just closed on our dream home thanks to Mary! We wanted to get out of the city, to a country farm house with acreage. This lead to many, many weekends of long road trips to small towns within 1.5hrs of DFW. Mary was so gracious regarding all the road trips to view homes, many of which lasted all day to view two and three homes. After a failed contract on one place, we found an even better one, our dream home. Mary was on the ball once we found the farm. She had an offer in the seller’s agent’s inbox immediately. She helped us coordinate and manage all of the intricacies of the buying process. We ran into issues with property lines, much of which was out of her control, despite this she did all she could to move things forward, updating daily without inquiry. It was quite the “battle” to get through closing, and she is a warrior of an agent. She is kind, honest, legitimately cares for her clients and is a consummate professional to boot. This is such a rarity nowadays, but it does still exist! I can’t recommend her enough, she is absolutely fantastic! You’re in good hands with Mary. If you’re looking to buy, look no further for a top tier agent, she is right here. Thank you Mary! We just enjoyed a long walk across the field, down to the pond, then to the big oak tree with the boys and the pups. I’ve never seen them so happy! Ms. Mary was absolutely wonderful!! We were working with an extremely tight time frame to find a house in less than 2 months and we did it - BUT we could not have done it without her help. Where do I begin and keep this review short! My family & I experienced the very best service in our transition from CA to TX. Mary went above & beyond to make me feel as if I was there with her looking at rentals: sending me the good, bad & ugly of the rentals I wanted to see. We are so blessed to have had Mary as our agent. She did her homework and really put great care and effort into helping us narrow down our buying options, while meeting our family needs and working in our budget. She took great care to include our children in the process of finding a home here in Texas asking them questions and listening to their responses. When we had issues with our builder she was there to advise and help resolve them during the process. Mary was such a joy to work with! This was our second time to work with her, one was to sell a house, at the time my girlfriend owned, back in 2018. She helped with every step of the process including a listing price, sprucing up the house and advise on what to do, and even at times both her and her husband help put in some of the work in doing so!fast forward to 2020, during the early parts of the pandemic, we chose to use her services again when we were deciding on purchasing a home. After going to several pre-owned homes, we decided to go for a new construction home instead. She found several great neighborhoods for us and her flexibility in scheduling to work with us was amazing. She was always promptly on time, never late, and had answers for each and every one of our questions during the time.We settled on a home in a neighborhood in celina, and signed contract in june. She helped negotiate a great deal on the house including a few extras. Construction began on the home august, and after a couple months had a major construction issue that nearly had us cancel. Mary did an amazing job of working with us and the builder to rectify the situation and staying on top of it all.Everything else was going smooth up until closing time. The builder was trying to cancel the contract, and Mary did a wonderful job in quick, efficient, and clear information about what steps we needed to take to keep everything moving. The few days before closing the roller coaster kicked into high gear, and Mary never missed a beat. We were having major issues with communication with the builder and especially with our lender. She kept in touch and worked very diligently to keep the lender on their toes to make sure we were able to close when scheduled.I would highly recommend her to any of my friends of family without any hesitations!
