Mary and her team helped us sell our house in the Heights last year, and we had a great experience. Mary’s knowledge of the neighborhood was insight into the market were instrumental in the successful conclusion of our sale. Were it not for Mary’s contacts in the handyman world I’m not sure we’d have closed on time - her guys were on time and on budget on each item. Mary has done enough deals to be a steady hand when things get high pressure.Mary is also a fun person to be around, and we were around each other a lot for a few months last year. :)

Mary Waseef is an excellent broker & an industry expert in The Heights market. She is a master of selling strategies & negotiating offers. Her advice for prepping our home to maximize the sales price was spot on. Likewise for interpreting appropriate comps. Shes timely, pleasant & easy to work with. Our sale got pretty complicated, but she navigated multiple offers & subsequent issues & guided us to the best deal. We highly recommend her.

We met Mary very recently when searching for a home as she was representing the seller of a beautiful home that we had seen on HAR. That house sold much more quickly than we were prepared for but in communicating with Mary about that house, what struck me was how reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful Mary was. We quickly met with her to begin our own search and sure enough, our intuition was right. Mary is one of those precious jewels who has a wonderful gift of listening intently and has great instincts, which makes working with her so easy. She’s kind, hardworking, she knows the area we were interested in (heights) well, she won’t waste your time, and she was very strategic in helping us get our offer accepted and the deal closed in record time. We are incredibly thankful for Mary and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

You can tell she knows what she is doing. and knows everything there is to know of the perfect place for you to live depending on your family situation. Mary, Marc, and all the Circa staff were professional, courteous, and just really nice people!They really know their stuff, too, including knowledge of the neighborhoods and schools, knowing what people are really looking for from the right house, and of course, negotiating with buyers, sellers, builders, lenders, and title companies... They counseled us wisely at many steps along the way. And, if you need a guy for that, they have two or three referrals for you.The photos and listing for our house sale were also superb!I also liked how, during every step, they worked around our busy schedules.I cant say enough good things about these folks!
