I honestly cant say enough about this amazing woman! We had a rough go of our first flip house but she helped us through it every single step of the way. From ideas and thoughts on layouts and color schemes to what we should and should not worry about to be able to add value to our project she was right about ever decision. She honestly cared about our project and was even kind enough to do a small setup in the kitchen and bath to give the house that needed warmth when it came time to show it. We had multiple offers after the first weekend it showed and was sold roughly 30 days later. She kept us informed with every step of the process and shared the burden with any and all issues that arose and helped us to quickly resolve them so we could get on down the road. Kind, helpful, armed with all the info you may need and committed to helping you get the absolute best deal you can get for your home. Will definitely use her in all future buys and sells.
