Wish I could give her more stars! We were first time home buyers and the universe could not have set us up with a better realtor than Mary! She dealt with all our questions related to first time buying (and we had alot). She took us to see probably 9 houses. During every single home tour she didn’t waste time pointing out floors or fixtures. She focused on things that could potentially become issues in the future for resale, renting, or just comfort. She was patient as we saw a few homes more than once. She NEVER pressured us one single time into making any decision. In fact the home we purchased I said “we like this alot” and she still waited for me to tell her that we wanted to put an offer in. Once we decided on the house. Mary went to town negotiating that deal! She was always reachable and continued to stay on top of everything even past the closing date. She is funny, hard working, and one heck of a negotiator. I don’t want to buy another house soon, but also kind of can’t wait just to work with Mary again!

I have a different point of view of Mary. I haven’t bought or sold a house with her . However, if I was in the market for one I would definitely use her. I have witnessed Mary and what she does for her clients. She puts her heart and soul out there for every single client. She does everything possible to help the clients moving process be as easy and as painless as possible. I saw her get a storage unit for her clients to help get them out of their house easily. Words cannot Describe how amazing Mary was for helping my husband and I buy our first home. She was so patient with us when we were deciding on which house to buy, and when we did find the perfect home we knew it was going to go quick. I saw the home on the app she had me install on Friday. She made it so we could see the house on Saturday. We put the offer in the same day. On Sunday the house had already had 10 other offers on it! Mary made it possible that my husband and I are moving into our dream home this coming weekend. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our offer beat out 10 other offers. Not only that we are first time home buyers, so I was scared from the get go because i have heard that this is one of the most stressful things that you can do in life. Mary walked me through every step of the way in a way that did not make this process complicated. In fact I would go as far to say that it was a lot easier then I thought it was going to be. Mary was a great realtor to work with. I was originally working with another realtor, but they transferred me to Mary because the area I was interested in was more her specialty. I am very happy to have been able to work with Mary. She’s very ambitious, is super sweet and is a quick responder. She always responded to my messages right away and if she didn’t know the answer to a question I had, she would find the answer and tell me right away. I really only looked at a few houses one day with her, which none of those were “the one.” But only a few days later, she called me saying she came across a new home she wanted me to see. I saw it that day and the next day I put my offer in and the rest is history.I told her exactly what I was looking for in a home and what my budget was and she never once tried to up-sell me or go beyond my budget. This home she found me is a brand new build and they had just reduced the price which put it in my budget. She thought of me right away and I am so grateful for that!
