The sale of our house did not go as expected, and if it wasnt for Shana constantly working on our behalf to get the deal done, theres no telling how much longer it mightve taken.     Shanas knowledge of the real estate market ensured a quick sale at above asking price on our house. We were able to accept an offer before the end of the day on the first day it was listed. Once the inspection was completed, Shana was able to use her experience to negotiate seller and buyer responsibilities that ensured both parties were satisfied. The day prior to closing, an issue with the A/C needed to be addressed. The outcome may not have gone well, but Shana was able to be professional with the situation and quickly solved the problem.     Jodi Wilson sold our house within the first few days that it was on the market and it was not priced below market. To help get the house show-ready, she rolled up her sleeves and helped us paint the walls and she offered to pay up front for our carpet to be replaced with the amount due upon closing. She also paid to have the house staged, which made a tremendous difference. Jodi stayed on top of everything and got us through closing without any headaches.     I want to start by saying that Shana is amazing! She has made this process so smooth and enjoyable! We were actually going to go through Open Door and Shana said no, just trust me and we did. I am so glad we did. We have two small children and we really didnt want to do showings. She said just give her a weekend and she would have it sold. We put all the faith in her. We got the house show ready and listed it Thursday morning and already had 5 showings that day from the beautiful pictures she had taken! We had more showings on Friday and an open house on Saturday. By Saturday night we were under contract!!!! I was amazed at how fast it went but she was on her A game and never stopped.     Im writing this review on behalf of Kari Lynn Winders. Ill share the story on how we met. The current house I was moving out of had several realtors showing the house. My current realtor (not under contract) who helped me secure the house I was moving out of sent a link for me to review houses. When I found a house she wasnt proactive nor responsive, especially in this market. When she did reach out I had to hear how hard the market is...etc. Several realtors showing the house I was moving out of asked me had I found a place. No was my answer and they all would tell me how hard the market is and never offered their services. My response to myself was, it may be hard for you but not for me. I was so disappointed in all the realtors. I asked God to send me someone who was proactive, friendly, aggressive and built with negotiating skills. Kari Lynn had scheduled a showing for a client and I had to cancel it because of bad timing for me and my family. She rescheduled and brought her client for the showing. After the showing, she asked me had I found something, and did I have a realtor...no, yes. She had her laptop in her hands and asked If I wanted to view houses. We sat down found a house and she took me to view it within an hour of meeting her. Turns out someone else got that house so we kept looking. Moving forward, Kari Lynn was aggressive, friendly, supportive, positive, knowledgeable, on time for all viewings, professional, attentive, and responsive.     I did not know what a good realtor was until I worked with Stacey Blind. Not only was she good, she gave us so much of her time and went completely above and beyond. I just had an emergency surgery after she helped us sell and buy a house a month ago, she found out about this surgery and asked if she could stop by. She brought us flowers, dinner, thoughtful gifts and even a kite for our little man! That’s just 1 example of Stacey’s character.     We had a 5-star experience working with Jodi Wilson of Martin Realty Group to purchase a new home in Keller, TX. We initially were targeting the Southlake are, but we were purchasing during a frenzied sellers market. Jodi went above and beyond by making herself available to go all over DFW helping us decide on an area where we wanted to be and could actually purchase. We want to Plano and Frisco, Flower Mound and Argyle, NRH, and Arlington, but ultimately still settled on Keller and Southlake. Jodi was extremely responsive and ready to go see houses as quickly as we were, which was needed in the market where houses were selling in a day or two, but also on our schedule, which included nights and weekends as we were working during the day. We had to put in 7 offers before we had one accepted. Jodi stayed positive when we lost hope, but also helped advise us and explain the realities of the situation. She was also assertive on our behalf with a builder who posted incorrect information online. Even in this frenzied market, this was the most positive real estate experience I have had. I look forward to referring Jodi to friends and will work with her on future real estate purchases. I cant recommend her enough.

    Review:Ryan is professional, very thorough and yet very down to earth and approachable. We had been searching for properties on our own for over 3 months with no avail. I had never used a real estate agent for any of my previous property transactions before. Within 30 minutes of speaking with Ryan on the phone, I was looking at around 20 listings (some of which were only an hour or so old) that I never even knew existed. I had been thoroughly searching multiple times daily and had never seen them. Every listing he sent for our review met our criteria that we specified to a tee. Ryan arranged several viewings the following Saturday and we were off. He was knowledgeable on the properties we were viewing and the neighborhoods we were in. We wound up making an offer on the second property we saw that day. Ryan produced an offer letter and went to work on the details immediately. At every point in the process, he was ahead of the game, whether we needed an amendment, a document for the underwriter, or just an initial or signature. He literally made sure every I was dotted and T was crossed. He communicated with the sellers agent, our loan officer, the underwriter and us, so everyone was on the same page. I have purchased properties before with cash (I thought that was about as easy as it could get), hands down this was the easiest, most pleasant real estate transaction I have ever been a party to. Any issue that may have arisen was taken care of before it was an issue. We asked for a quick closing and a little less than a month later I was holding the keys to our new house. I cannot put into words how easy and enjoyable Ryan made the home buying process for us. Even after we had moved into the house, he was making sure the things that were supposed to happen were taken care of, ( we had a small crack in one window and the glass was back ordered) I had forgotten about it completely. That is until Ryan called to check on it a few weeks later, about 2 days later the glass guy shows up and replaces it. Too often after the ink is dry on a deal, after the fact details are forgotten, not with Ryan! I cannot in words express my appreciation for the level of service, professionalism and great character exhibited by Mr. Slaughter, I will recommend him to any and everyone that I know for the largest investment they may ever make because of our FANTASTIC experience!
