Martha is INCREDIBLE. She helped us find the perfect home in Dallas and expertly guided us through the process. She explained all the differences from the other states we were familiar living in and made us super confident and comfortable with our decisions. Not only was she personable and a delight to house-hunt with, but her professionalism and knowledge about the Dallas market was invaluable to us. Martha is amazing. While I have known her for a long time, this is the first opportunity we had to use her as our realtor. From the beginning she was very professional and made sure we understood the process. It was clear that she was in OUR corner and wanted the best for us. Since we were looking for a property in Texas but were living out of state (and even traveling out of the country) during our house hunt, she provided video calls and screenshares. This made communication seamless, kept us informed and allowed us to rewatch the videos in order to make sure we didn’t miss anything.She’s very responsive to questions and replies to calls, texts and emails immediately. The negotiations were where she truly stood out. We closed with significant equity based on the appraisal, and Martha encouraged us to ask for repairs we hadn’t considered—saving us almost $7,000. My husband’s to-do list for move-in was so much smaller thanks to her!Martha “has a guy” for everything which is invaluable when purchasing a new home. She knows someone reputable and honest that can take care of anything you may need in your new home. Having moved multiple times, I can confidently say that this was one of the best real estate experiences I’ve had. Martha Cox is the best one. I mean it. Seriously. If youre reading this and wondering if Martha is the right person to represent you in either buying or selling your home, you can stop looking now because she is truly the best. No one will work harder for you. No one will turn over every single stone for you like she will. AND she will do so with an unwavering devotion to ethics and the letter of the law. We had a terrible experience trying to sell our home with another realtor for whom I have left a very different review, and after we replaced him, Martha came in, and two weeks later, we had an offer on our home. Martha is the best one. Thats my final word on the subject.

The best thing shes done lately is send us our personally tailored report on our property. It helped us know how our property compares to neighboring properties, in price per square foot, etc. Such a nice and helpful service!

Martha is a fantastic realtor! My in-laws were moving to Texas from Colorado. They had been in Colorado for 25 years. Martha walked with them every step of the way. She found them a realtor in Colorado to help them sell their home and stayed in constant contact with them throughout the process. They were building a house in Denton and again Martha kept them up to date constantly with the progress. I could not have asked for anything more. We have used her to sell a home, for rental property, and as buyers. We also worked with her on a custom build. She found the land to build on, and researched custom builders and architects to work within our vision. Her degreed professional interior designer partner worked with our builder and architect to design the plan and finish outs. Martha even connected us with a company to do a virtual walk-through of our floor plan and were able to move actual furniture around the light projected floor plan. She was there every step of the process and has connections with very specific tradesmen, and legal counsel within the luxury high-end custom home market. My husband and I worked with Martha Cox of the Morgan Realty Team to find our home in June. There were added challenges, as we did not live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Martha was always responsive, and she is very knowledgeable about the local market. She conducted virtual showings when our schedules wouldnt allow us to be present. She also helped us to find vendors/contractors for various needs (HVAC, landscaping, flooring, etc.) and met with them personally when we were not able to. Most importantly, she helped us to find a home that already has significant equity. We closed on a beautiful home with an offer 6% under list price in an extremely competitive market.
