I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Beverly. She is a great property manager and made my move a very seamless process. We toured the property, I applied, she verified everything, and within four days, I was approved for the rental! The paperwork was simple and I loved being able to sign an extended lease.She also ensured any issues I encountered were fixed prior to move-in. I am very grateful to her and her expertise. When it is time to buy, I plan to use her in the future. Definitely one to recommend.

Farren Fox spent several months working with me and my husband to help us find a new home. Our journey led us to many small towns, ranches, and subdivisions, and Farren was always patient, helpful, honest, and fun to work with! When the home we planned to buy experienced damage from the February 2021 winter storm, she made every effort to communicate with the sellers agent to ensure repairs were completed in a timely fashion and we could still close as soon as possible. She has continued to be helpful to us after closing, guiding us on finding a renovation contractor and repair companies for some of the homes unique features. We would absolutely, 100 percent work with her again!!

Farren and her team have been nothing but 100% professional in regards to the sell of our ranch. Always calling and letting me know about updates in regards to property and area listings- I would trust these folks and this agency. They know this area and are very proficient in what they do as well as well as the due diligence in providing customer service by going leaps and bounds to accomplish what they need as their client .
