This team is on their A game, diligent, determined, my house was a showcase featured home so one day I received a 6x4 mailer with my house on it. It had my house pictures on it and I had neighbors knocking on my door wanting to see my house and they were amazed at how young that house looked and it is 54 yrs old. And Misty Henderson was my agent I will be honest she couldnt always be there but she is very determined to keep tight communication through all means possible lets face it gas isnt cheap these days. And there were times when I snapped from frustration but Misty would tell me Charles hang in there, we are almost there. She made a excellent agent she also contacted a friend or fellow agent and she set me up with my new house and got the ball rollin there for me. So now Im all set and 3 days away from closing on my new house 😁👍 -

We had a phenomenal experience with the Mark Dimas group. From our first meeting with Kimberly we were blown away by all the information she provided us about our house, recently sold houses in our neighborhood and current market values. After signing with them they were with us every step of the way. Tara helped us make sure our house was cleaned and yard presentable for marketing and showings. With our first offer that was above our asking price, Diana walked us through all the paperwork and helped us do necessary repairs for the sale. They even sent us a notary to our new residence for closing so we didn’t have to travel. We had a 5 star experience from start to finish and I would recommend the Mark Dimas group to anybody! -

I worked with Sharon Hoyt on the Mark Dimas Team to buy my house in Houston (While I was still in San Antonio). Lemme just say this, if you need someone at a moments notice or to bend over backwards when something comes up, Sharon is your choice. My buying experience had consistent issues from beginning to end (a lot of things beyond my control), but Sharon was not one of them. In fact if it wasnt for her, I think Id still be looking for a place. She will work for you after hours, on weekends, and even while on vacation! Seriously during closing, she was on vacation but still there for me working. I really admire her dedication to her clients and will be using her in the future if I need to! -
