My first homebuying experience was quick, stress-free, and overall just amazing thanks to Misty and the Mark Dimas team. Im so appreciative that I was able to cross paths with such a great realtor. Misty was very knowledgeable and familiar with the area I wanted to buy in, so that was a plus. She spent her weekends (even after hours) showing me countless properties and thoroughly explaining the ins and outs of the house-buying process. Every time I had a question, Misty was always quick to respond. People would always tell me that theres sooooooo many documents to sign at closing, but when you have a good realtor who explains what each step means, the closing process is not bad at all because you understand what youre signing.I love the online portal they use. It made it easy for me to pick the properties I liked most and weed out the ones I dont like. And what I love most about Misty is as we walked the properties, she remembered my dealbreakers and must-haves and even gave suggestions on ways I can customize the home later to fit all of my needs. My experience was a 10 out of 10, and Id definitely use this company again when and if I buy in the future.
