I’ve known and counted Mark a friend since high school and there was no question he would be my choice in realtor when we decided to move. We had (at least in my eyes) a very difficult home to sell and I had serious doubts it would actually happen. We found a house we wanted to buy and Brenda was fantastic. She was extremely helpful at pointing out things to look for and what to avoid. When we found just the right house she wasted no time going to work-helping us negotiate and bringing us to close. After buying our new (to us) home, we put the former house on the market. Without being too wordy it was a roller coaster ride with lots of setbacks due to poorly qualified buyers, but the third contract went through without a hitch…so smoothly this time it felt like something was wrong. Mark did a fantastic job. We couldn’t ask for more. Mark and Brenda are an exceptional team and you will not go wrong using them for your real estate needs.

This being our first time to buy a home, we were extremely nervous! The path started over a year ago when we spoke with Brenda Cabal from Keller Williams. We explained we would be in the market to buy our first home but it would be almost a year due to our new lease. She set us up with a couple different lenders to reach out to, and a portal online to start finding what we liked and didnt like. She checked in with us and made sure all questions were answered and reassured us. We started looking in earnest about 6 months before our lease was up. Brenda explained the process from start to finish on what to expect. After looking at a few houses, she had all the info regarding the properties ready, and pointed out what may work best for us, and what wouldnt. Any time we asked her honest opinion on something, she gave it. We found the perfect house for us and from the moment we put the first offer in, she tried to make this whole process as painless as possible. We were always able to reach her any time, with any questions, and she kept us informed on every detail. I have heard a lot of horror stories about buying a home, about things falling through at last minute, pushy realtors, etc. But I was amazed at how painless she made this process and we were even able to close early, with no issues! I have wanted to own our own home for so long, and I absolutely feel that without Brenda, and our awesome Lender, we would still be renters! Thank you so much!!

Mark and his team were excellent! I oversaw the selling of my grandmother’s house after she passed and Mark was extremely helpful with every step. The house was 60 years old and was in pretty good shape, however it did need some work to get market ready. Mark was very helpful with recommending what upgrades/ repairs to perform as well as helping source contractors. Mark is very level headed and when we would run into a hurdle, he knew exactly what to do. I would recommend Mark to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

Mark shared his marketing plan, in detail, and posed his expectations with the metrics from his experience. After sharing his marketing plan, he said I expect 1 offer from every 10 showings.When we listed our house with Keller Williams/Mark Cabal they, along with his network of realtors, showed our home 54 times in 4 days and we had 7 offers (4 cash offers well above our asking price).After we selected the buyer we wanted to sell to, Mark and his team continued to interface with the buyers agent to work out those small details that probably always occur during the house sale process and kept us in the loop all along the way.
