Because of her connections and experience in our community, any project (fix up or spruce up) that need to happen, she is happy to coordinate. My wife and I recently went through the process of building a new home. This was a new experience for both of us. Bridget Mariott, as our buyer agent, was a vital part of helping us navigate this unchartered territory. She walked through each step of the process, negotiated for upgrades and stayed within the budget we shared with her in the beginning. Bridget was transparent every step of the way, helping us understand our options, giving suggestions when appropriate but also allowing us our space to make decisions. If we had a question, big or small, Bridget worked quickly to get information from the builder to provide answers. It is evident that she is an expert, and she is able to transition seamlessly from talking to the builder, sales agent, and buyer. Bridget meets you where you are, and is able to guide you through the process in an open, honest, and empathetic way. I never questioned if Bridget had our best interests in mind, I knew she did. Our family could not be happier with the experience, and even now after being in our new home for over a month, Bridget continues to check in on us, helping us work with the builder on any follow up needs. Bridget’s kindness, integrity, and friendly personality have made her more than our buyer agent, it feels like she’s part of our family now. I 100% recommend Mariott Real Estate!!!! I was a first time home buyer and am beyond lucky to have been referred to Bridget Mariott. She was an absolute life saver, and it is no exaggeration to say that had we gone with someone else, our purchase almost certainly would have fallen through. Bridget was extraordinarily helpful during every stage in the home buying process. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and effective while also being kind, patient, and fun. She undoubtedly put our needs as clients first, and she always had time to give advice or answer a dumb question of mine. She has a network of connections throughout college station, and often offered her assistance and advice above and beyond the scope of a traditional realtor. If you are looking for a first class experience in real estate, it does NOT get better than Bridget Mariott of Mariott Real Estate. To make a long story short, my husband travels 90% for his job, so when we decided to make the move to College Station- the pressure was on me to find us a home while caring for two young babies. Not only did Bridget accommodate my schedule and block off multiple entire days to help us find a home, she would also bring essentials like extra car seats and strollers so I could make the trip from Houston to CS without needing to pack items for my kids so we could hunt for homes. Bridget was and is an expert in her field, incredibly knowledgeable, fantastically honest, answered our questions with the utmost integrity and above all, was so enjoyable. She truly made a stressful process easy and fun. Bridget checks every single box and goes above and beyond for any client she has. Lastly, something that will always hold so much regard for our family is Bridget’s council in the selling of our home in Houston. There were so many times where we felt unsure about what our selling agent was doing, and unhappy with decisions that were made.
