Janet was referred to us by a family member and OMG, didn’t disappoint! She helped us buy a home since we were out of state buyers. She would coordinate all showings with us through FaceTime. And I appreciated her, giving her honest opinion about the homes since we weren’t able to make it in person. She even went as far as to helping us with landscapers, and anybody who would need to service the house possibly in the future. She had a contact for everyone! She was amazing, when we need to buy or sell in the future we will 100% only go through Janet! ❤️

Where do I even start ! Maira has made the home buying process very smooth,she is such an excellent communicator and is on top of everything and was always making sure everything was going smoothly with the loan process , she even went out of her way to text us in the night when she could of been sleep , she is very dedicated to her job and is a beautiful person inside and out my husband and I are thankful to her for finding our dream home, she promised us we could be in our home before Thanksgiving and sure that promise was fulfilled and even she went out of her way to get our keys to our house from the title company while we were still moving in ! I needed to find a rental property in a certain area of town that was in my budget and was referred by a friend to Erica Snapp at Malouff International Group. I contacted her and she immediately got to work on getting me several options that I could work with. She worked around my schedule and showed me houses and explained the steps I needed to take to secure the rental. Any questions I had she got back to me promptly. She loves what she does and it shows through her personality and professionalism. I plan on purchasing a house when this lease is up and I will definitely be using Erica to help me.
