Malita Jones is a rockstar realtor! Highly organized, methodical, energetic and knowledgeable! She made my husband and I feel like we were the only clients she had by being so responsive and considerate. Malita was great to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She spent almost a year with us as we figured out what we needed for our new home and where to be located. She was always very quick to respond, made good suggestions about houses to check out, and had a good eye for pointing out things we may really like (or may really not like) about a property. She consistently provided valuable and accurate information to help decide what to offer. And in the end, we found an amazing home! Malita is also well connected – she’s put us in touch with a handyman, plumber, and more and we’ve been happy with her referrals. When we moved back to Texas this fall we had the good sense (and good fortune) of working with Malita at 512 HomeStore to purchase our new home. It should be noted that we had a very specific budget and timeline and started looking when I was 6 months pregnant. Malita worked with us to not only streamline the process, but share her expertise on the areas we were considering. Malita made herself available to us in person, via text, email, and frequent phone calls to make sure we had our ducks in a row and were able to make things happen in a timely manner. A MUST in the fast-paced Austin real estate market! She went above and beyond the call of duty and we couldnt be happier with our experience and our new home! My wife and I have worked with 5 different realtors over the last 14 years because of all our moves and Malita was without a doubt the best one we have worked with. Her knowledge of Austin and the surrounding areas is impressive. Moving to a big city like Austin can be intimidating and she helped ease our anxiety with narrowing down our search to areas that were best for our family. Malita is also so much fun to work with...personality plus! If you need a realtor in the Austin area, Malita is the best out there!

Malita stuck with me through a rather lengthy first time buyers process. Over a 4 month span we failed to get gain any traction on 3 separate bids, losing the homes on the last day every time. Then after actually winning the 4th bid, Chase Bank took to long to get the finances in order and the sellers had to walk. On our 5th (and final if we didnt win it) bid everything magically fell into place. Malita introduced me to her Lender Sylvia Ward and 2 weeks later I had the keys to my new home; which was much larger and nicer than any of the prior ones we bid on. Throughout the entire process Malita was patient, understanding, and kind.

We love Malita :)I dont even remember how we ended up working with Malita, all I know is that she patiently showed us a seemingly endless number of scary potential investment properties before helping us sell our house and buy a new one.Shes professional, fun and really makes an effort to understand your family and your needs during the house selling/buying process. She sold our house in one day after three years of no sales with other realtors.
