I am so grateful to Beth Collier for guiding me through the process of selling two houses. She went above and beyond for me. I live out of state and she was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns that I had. She made herself available for every showing, inspection, repairs, utility provider without any delay or postponement. She kept me informed every step of the way.When I was in town and made the decision to sell the first house I found Beths number and called to schedule an appointment. She met me at the house 30 minutes later! She stayed on top of everything and let nothing fall through the cracks! Excellent realtor!

Purchased a house in June. It was a short sale house that can be hard to get into at times. This was one that many people had a hard time even putting an offer on. Beth made it happen and got an acceptance very quick. Beth was always available when I would call with questions and would always get me an answer. Beth was always very responsive and answer all calls or text within a timely matter. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.
