HEATHER JONES IS A ROCK STAR! We have now bought/sold 14 properties during our 34 years of marriage - mostly single-family residences as weve moved around the country, but also a few vacation properties. In every transaction, I have complained that I felt as though we did most of the heavy-lifting in terms of getting the property ready to show and complying with all the repairs, updates, paperwork, etc, but then had to pay the realtor/broker a hefty commission. That feeling changed when we listed our house in Dripping Springs, with Heather Jones and Magnolia Realty Austin/Hill Country. Heather absolutely worked as hard, if not harder, than we did on helping to get our property ready to show. And by get our property ready, I mean next-level ready! Heather staged the entire house with her Magnolia-style staging inventory. She had excellent referrals to the professionals we needed to take care of a few things, and she even re-painted some bathroom cabinets and the inside of the fire place! The photos looked like a shoot for Magnolia magazine and not surprisingly, our house sold in 14 days in this market which has not been favorable for resale homes over the past year due to all of the new construction inventory flooding the market. Beyond the visuals, Heather was totally on top of every detail throughout the sales process and transaction. I found myself having to keep up with her instead of the other way around! I cannot recommend Heather, Magnolia Realty, and the broker - Cody - highly enough. This is the team you want representing you in this market!
