Cristina is a phenomenal realtor! She was not only patient with us, but she sure knew how to handle business when there were a few issues with the builder towards the end. She truly cared for our best interest and kept us up to date. She was professional and courteous throughout the whole process and we recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. We will definitely contact her for all of our future home selling/purchasing needs.

My wife and I have been in the market to purchase a home since March 2021. At the time we didnt realize that we were going to be in for a tough ride competing against buyers who were willing to pay well above asking price. To make matters worse, we were approved for a VA loan, and most sellers were putting us in the back of the offer lists.When I reached out to Crisitina in October I knew she had the experience we would need to have a better opportunity to finally find our home. Cristinas work ethic, professionalism and honesty are some of the attributes that stood out to us throughout this process. Cristina worked dilligently and offered to go above and beyond to help us close quickly. I would highly recommend Cristina if youre in need of an experienced realtor.
