Madi helped my fiancé and I find and purchase our first home and I cannot say enough good things about him! First of all, we were looking to buy in a very difficult market and Madi went above and beyond to make sure we knew what our options were and he was always available to answer my MANY questions and to show us whatever properties we were interested in. Madi was patient, thoughtful, professional and also a lot of fun to work with. It is evident that he is very passionate about helping people find the right home and never pressured us in any way. Madi builds rapport with both the buyers and the selling agents, which gives him a leg up when it comes to making an offer. The entire process was seamless and I would highly recommend working with this agent, he made finding a home a wonderful experience for us!

I think 5 star is not enough for Mahdi. We just closed our first home in Cypress,TX with Mahdi and we cant describe how happy we are with his services. Our offer was accepted among 9 other offers, 3 with the same offer price as ours and he was able to use his great negotiating skills with seller’s agent and help us win the bidding war.Me and my wife were extremely picky about our first home and he was very patient and not pushy at all.He helped us buy a great house, negotiated and got us better than expected incentives from sellers and helped us close the deal in about 20 days. We were able to check out the listings we were interested within a few hours.Besides, he is cheerful, energetic and funny and it made the house buying process fun for us. Madi was excellent, he went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. We came from out of state due to being military. We moved from Hawaii to Texas, Madi helped us out every step of the way and even went out of his own way to help us with closing documents. He went to several different houses for us and did a walk through for us and recorded it for us to view without hesitation or complaining. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
