Madalyn Begley was excellent in every way to have as a realtor selling our home in Richardson, Texas. She did an amazing job advising us on how to present and stage our home. She actually helped us with all the last minute tasks, like returning a AT&T Router that we left behind, she was there for us. She represented our house with TLC on social platforms and other selling techniques that were Outstanding! Madalyn helped us tremendously! She was on top of new listings that fit our needs, didn’t try to push us into spending more and really listened to what we wanted. She was available when we were and helped us through every step of the process. She gave good advice and had recommendations for everything we needed from inspectors to handymen. We’ve moved 15 times and this was the smoothest transition into a house due to her diligence. She will get our listing when we move again!
