Initially we started with a basic purchase but there were issues with financing so we opted to go for a lease option deal for 3 months. Then, it seemed like everything that could go wrong was going wrong to include low appraisals, tax return delays, extending closing dates to name a few. Finally, after 5 months of being under contract we were able to complete the purchase. Henry was a very exceptional person. The process of my house went very well and fast. Henry always kept me aware of everything regarding my house. He always told me how things were going, and helped me with everything with the house loan. At first I was going to give a deposit but Henry did everything he could to get me not to give anything. It was the best help I had in buying my house.
