I originally put my house on market in April 2024. My first realtor I was to do business with sent 3 times the listing contract with a WRONG address each time! My second realtor was referred to me. I got an offer within 3 weeks, just as she was suggesting I lower my price. But the buyer three weeks in bought something and no longer qualified for the loan. The house was put back on market and apparently that really affects the sale process for the worst, as all the traffic looking at it came to a halt. I lowered the price Three times to get another viewing and she put it on facebook in which someone put a rent scam using her pictures and scamming a lady in Big Spring before we were able to shut it down. Three months in, I told my realtor my house really needed to be pushed as it wasn’t going to sell itself. So she let me out of my listing contract!! I called my niece in Alabama to ask how her and her husband found their good realtor. She googled TOP REALTORS in ODESSA TX and sent me a list. (Lynzy is a platinum realtor which is a prestigious award, and when I mentioned it to Lynzy she was very humble about it).I called one of the realtor groups but they were out of town. I wanted to interview them and Lynzy as she was on that list. I actually got an appointment with Lynzy that afternoon and signed my listing agreement with her I think the next day. What I didn’t understand and did not know,, is that selling my house conventional as is was only going to have 20% of buyers. Lynzy told me I needed to list it FHA. I had bought it FHA but she said things change and what passed inspection when I bought it no longer may pass inspection. My problem was after spending a lot of money to make repairs after buying the house, I didn’t have the money to do many needed repairs. The two reasons I listed with Lynzy, is she showed me she knew what she was doing and is motivated, and the second reason is she has a team she works with and Jeff and his crew are awesome and could do any necessary repairs to qualify for an approved FHA loan. And the best part, they could take the repair bill out at closing. And Jeff and Lynzy keep the repairs affordable!I only say this because I think ppl need to know Lynzy’s dedication to her clients is 110%. But the day I signed with her she was going on vacation. She called me several days to let me know she was just a phone call away if I needed anything! Who does that! ( I told her go enjoy vacation I am ok). But she knew my stress level and my time constraints and money constraints for the selling of the house.She is so dedicated and loves what she does and it shows in her wonderful caring personality. And she has been doing this I think 15 yrs and can keep calm when things go wrong. My second buyer ( 1st through Lynzy) 72 hours into closing had a heart attack from stress ( thank God he lived) and backed out of the deal! I am going bananas at this point but Lynzy knew how to handle everything to get the house listed and viewed that same day! I am sooo happy to report my third buyer closed with me this week! Though I couldn’t get excited about it until it happened. Lynzy assured me we were good to go. My experience buying the house didn’t go smoothly. My experience selling didn’t either. But If I had known about Lynzy sooner I am sure it would have gone smoother and quickly as she really is motivated and really knows her business! She also knew what I would need at closing and made it happen!If you are shopping around and are weary of what realtor to use, you have a valid reason for that. Some are new and don’t really know the ins and outs of it yet. Some are outright lazy. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and give Lynzy a chance. You WILL NOT regret it!!! My sister and I have already decided if we ever need to sell or buy again, our ONLY choice is Lynzy! She really is the best at what she does. And she really does care. She is an awesome person who I now consider a friend! Thank you so much for everything Lynzy and God bless!!

Lynzy is a very smart, ethical, and caring person that also happens to be a highly professional realtor! I enjoyed working with her so much I felt like I was losing a good friend when the property sold. We had a difficult property to sell that was caught up in legal issues. Lynzy became a Receiver acting on behalf of the court. She had to coordinate the sale with the judge, attorney, myself, and investors, which she managed perfectly! She was presented multiple opportunities to become frustrated, but she worked through every challenge with a great attitude getting the results we needed to stay on track. I suspect Lynzy is one of the best, if not the best, realtors in the Midland Odessa area.
