I live in another state and I appreciate Lynns dedication to find me another great tenant without me ever needing to go back to DFW. Working with Lynn was awesome! She is meticulous, highly organized and very knowledgeable. We used her expertise on our rental in Allen, TX. She priced our house accurately and was able to find a tenant quickly. She did a thorough walk-thru and recommended necessary repairs and even gave tips and recommendations on improving our house to make it more appealing to potentials tenants. I bought my home from another agent at Kimberly Adams Realty and by the time I was ready to sell he had transitioned to another area within the group (shoutout to Kevin!). He quickly referred me to his colleague, Lynn, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the day we listed my house to closing was only 31 days. She was an excellent advocate for me throughout the process, successfully negotiating with the buyers for no repairs and a selling price I was very comfortable with. She was available for texts and phone calls throughout the process and just generally made being a first time home seller easy.
