Bryan helped my husband and I find our new Houston home. I was living in Ontario when our search began, while my husband was here in Houston starting a new job. Bryan went above and beyond in every aspect of our home search, contract negotiations, and the closing. Every house I showed interest in, he was right there giving me details and pros/cons of the area. He was patient, quick to respond to any request we made, and was always on top of every detail. Bryan Lillis Home Teams gets an A+++ from me! I was having a hard with the realtor before Bryan became my realtor. Bryan listened to what I wanted and what budget I needed. My one major stipulation was that the schools that my son would be attending must have an A accountability rating. It took 2 days for him to find me a house that checked all my boxes and was under my budget. When we went to look at houses, Bryan made sure we stayed on schedule and at each house he gave the listing paperwork for that house. Once I had found the houses I would like to fill the application for, Bryan was there to help with that process. He fought for me and in the end I got exactly what I asked for and looking for. I can not reccomend Bryan and his team enough!!! He is amazing!!👍😊
