We had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth and her team on our recent new home purchase. Buying a new home can be daunting but we felt so taken care of, it felt as easy as home buying can be! First off, when we wanted to go see a house, Elizabeth made herself available to see it the next morning with us. She was available for us every step of the way from the initial offer, all the way until after the final closing appointment. Even with the recent changes in the real estate industry, she and her team knowledgeably navigated it. Elizabeth was on top of all communication with the sellers including advocating for us during the negotiation process. She and Jenn diligently walked us through the entire closing process, and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We are so excited about our new home are so thankful we got to work with the LUXE Property Group to get it!

Elizabeth took care of every little detail concerning the rental of my property (I didnt have to lift a finger).... her company did all the background checks and verified the potential tenants financials, then Luxe handled all the paperwork with the signing of the rental agreement! All I had to do was sign on the bottom line. Easy peezy! :-)

Elizabeth Riley and Meredith Sepehri truly stand out as remarkable realtors. Elizabeth listened to all the hardships we had trying to work with Offerpad and Redfin to sell our last two houses. We didn’t learn our lesson the first time around but after being on the market from August 2022 through March 2023- we finally “felt” the real value and sense of being cared for by realtors that truly not only care about their job, they care about you as the owner of the house you need to sell.She and her team got our house sold in less than 3 weeks and they didn’t just let us take any lowball offer either- they really fought for us and were on our side the whole time. Loved the whole experience with them and will be forever grateful!!! 👏👏👏👏 If we had not moved out of state, we definitely would have bought our next home through them!

Since then, I have heard others say the say thing plus have noticed her business grow more. Since my purchase, I have contacted her on occasions over the years for information on contractors, handyman support, etc. and she provides great information.
