My husband and I were relocating from Maryland to the valley and were referred to Nancy. Nancy was great to work with and was knowledgeable about the various cities, communities, school districts and crime rates in the area. She showed us many houses we were interested in via FaceTime since we were out of the area. When we made a house hunting trip to the area, Nancy had appointments lined up for all of our interested properties and we ended up finding and putting in an offer on a house in that same week. We have since moved in and love the house and the neighborhood. What we loved most about Nancy is her timeliness, honesty and responsiveness. We closed on our house almost three months ago and I still communicate with Nancy for various things since Im new to the area. She is such a delight to work with and we wish her the best!

We had an excellent experience working with Nancy last year. We were trying to buy a home during a pandemic, all while living hundreds of miles away. Nancy was always very honest with me and provided her honest opinion or pointed out issues that would definitely be of concern to a buyer. She wasnt trying to sell us a house just so she could make a commission- she wanted to sell us a home. Our home. The market was so hot and the seller had already recieved multiple offers but Nancy was working to get us under contract on a Saturday evening at 10pm! You wont find that in many realtors. Her persistence and dedication paid off. We got the house! We had a bad experience with an incompetent mortgage lender but since we were on a deadline to move, we had no choice other than to push through. Nancy spent hours upon hours on the phone with me and via text. If I called her and she was busy, she would call me back immediately. Despite all the personal issues that the pandemic caused people, such as child care, Nancy never fell short on her attention and dedication to her clients. Through recommendations of others, I not only found a great realtor but also a great friend.
