Luminita was exactly what I needed when it was time to buy a house. She was very communicative, listened to all of my requests and implemented them to the best of her ability. She was tenacious in her search for the perfect house for me, and she was outstanding in helping to guide me through the various aspects of closing, anticipated costs, negotiations, etc. She was a bulldog in helping me get the best deal possible and didnt cower to other agents and/or owners. Shes the real deal, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent!

Lumi has helped me for two occasions for realtor services. Once to rent out my old place and another to buy the new place, and both were in different neighbour cities. I am extremely happy with Lumi’s services and her attention to details, with on-time followups and timely guidance. Our wonderful Realtor Luminita Cordes is the best part of our home buying experience. We found her contact info on a yard sign in a neighborhood we liked. I reached out by email and heard back from her within hours. She found out what we wanted and arranged some great properties to look at. She is an incredible researcher and she applies her wealth of knowledge to educate her clients. Every time we reached out by text, email or a phone call She never left us hanging. It was always a quick response from her. We made offers on three different homes. Each time she made sure there there was no lag time on our end of the signings. She helped collaborate with our lender and the seller to make sure our figures were in order. We always felt like we were in good hands with Luminita. Our closing was what we expected and she stayed in contact with us for months afterwards. A year later and she is helping us with comps as we consider refinancing. She is not only our Realtor but she has become a great friend. In a world where we see so many examples of poor customer service in so many industries, its refreshing to find someone who is genuinely proud of what she does and is excellent at it. I am very thankful to Luminita Cordes for being responsive and answering to a long list that I had of questions regarding the purchase of a property to fit my family needs. Although she doesnt physically cover the area where my interest lays, she recommended me from afar realtors I could trust and helped me in my search with professional advice in a friendly and yet professional manner. If you need a person to open doors for you , give financial advice and even help you maintain and beautify the property you purchase, I highly recommend her service. Thank you Mrs Cordes!
