Having Luis on our side was such a relief. As first time home buyers he walked us through the whole process and had so much professional advice. He was pointing out defects/ issues on the property in real time and sharing testimonials and experiences from previous clients that helped us make decisions searching for our new home. His communication skills were so great. I know we bombarded him with random questions throughout the day.😅 Most importantly we knew he had our back. Especially when it came to negotiating with the seller. He worked around the clock and it took 23 days from the time we first set up our first tour to the day we recieved the keys to our new home. We will definitely go with Luis Ocampo again when its time to find our forever home.
