I had an amazing experience with Luis Cuevas. He really made us feel comfortable. I chose Luis because he was from the area and he spoke Spanish even though we spoke English the whole time if my husband needed to switch over for not knowing the exact word he could working with Luis has been great. Hes a number guy and he knows his job very well. He gets comps, super fast and can tell you all the dirt you really want to know.He went above and beyond a simple question and he would respond so fast, it helped. We were able to make decisions faster just because he was around to ask. we were never surprised by the amount we knew what we were getting and what we were owed. We sold and bought a house with Luis and we couldnt be happier. The process was fun and exciting. If we ever happen to move dont give me wrong. This house is awesome no time soon moving! Luis will forever be the guy I call !!! if I did want to go through the buy and sell process again he was so smart it just makes sense with all his knowledge in the market in the area. Hes a great person even the title company freedom title was great.If your unsure how to start Luis Cuevas doesnt push and gives you time to feel comfortable with every decision you make. Its a big decision. The last thing you need is somebody pushing you telling you to hurry up so they can get paid.I would recommend Luis Cuevas to any of my friends like I said, hell always be our realtor from now on and a friend too. So Luis came to our aid after a death in our family. He helped us not only get through the loss as a good friend but also through our first time having to sell a home. Luis demeanor and helpfulness made the process seem easy. He jumped in to help wherever he could. In the end, he was able to get more money than what was remaining on her mortgage and sold to a wonderful young family!!Luis is family oriented and looks out for your needs! He’s the only realtor we will use for any future purchases or sells (sorry Luis—won’t be anytime soon!!!)

I met Luis when I began to coach his son a few years ago. We were buying our 1st house and we were pretty specific about what we wanted in a house. Luis was extremely good at finding houses that matched what we wanted and was more than willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see until we found the right one. He gave us excellent advice on the area and home values and we had every faith in his ability to find us the right house. And he did! The house we bought was more than we could have hoped for and we loved it from the minute we saw it. Luis made the whole process easy and we would highly recommend him to anyone. Luis was great to work with and found us our dream home. His extensive knowledge and experience with the North Texas housing market steered us in the right direction. We were out at least 3 times a week and often first buyer at the scene at new listings which was a huge advantage. Louis is a straight shooter, not interested in the quick sale but genuinely wants a lasting honeymoon experience for his clients long after theyve moved in to their dream house.
