Eric was great. He completed a thorough and fair appraisal of the property and then brokered the sale of the property. He was was prompt, attentive, detail oriented and kept me up to date with every issue as soon as it came up. He helped resolve every issue an a timely manner and always kept me informed. Eric is professional, experienced and expert with all aspects of the real estate selling experience. The sale was fast (except for some unexpected issues that were beyond the control of both of us). Eric knew my needs and was responsive to my questions. Overall, Eric cared about my situation and tailored the sale to my needs. His expertise was key to making this happen. Eric Geiser is one of a kind! We wanted to sell our home, and he did that in less than 24 hours. He walked us through each step. Eric was always available to answer any and all of our questions. Eric was also a hands on and face to face guy, which we truly appreciated. He always made time for us! When we are ready to purchase our forever home, we WILL be using Eric!
