He was honest, upfront, extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any question I may have before and during the buying process.Gordon is very resourceful with local real estate market. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage bankers. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. He really care about his clients. He care about your investment more than the sale. He really hold his professional to high standards. He is excellent and deserves ten starts! Stephanie found us a townhouse in 2014 in College Station Tx for our 2 sons who were in college. They finished and it was time to sell the townhouse. Not only did she find a buyer in 4 days but helped find handymen to put down a new floor, paint and do odd jobs that were needed before the sale. Also, while owning the townhouse, because I knew no other people in College Station, she helped with numerous situations during our 7 year ownership. She became a friend, not just our agent. I highly recommend using her as your real estate agent!

I got the amazing fortune of working with Saundra McCulloch. To say her talents are amazing is a major understatement, there are just no words to describe how blown away I was with all of her help. From the 1st moment I made contact with her she was attentive, heard me and relentless in pursuing me the perfect place to live. I have a crazy schedule and at a moments notice she was willing to drop everything to show me a property.
