I couldnt be happier about contacting Don Honeycutt at Longhorn Realty when it was time to sell my property. I wanted someone I could trust and that had experience with buying and selling acreage. Dons knowledge of current market conditions in my area along with his network and marketing efforts were invaluable in securing several offers within days of our first meeting. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process from listing the home to closing. The photography Don provided for our house was excellent! It made our home stand out from the competition, resulting in a great deal of traffic on the first day and multiple offers received that evening. From listing to closed sale, I would recommend Don Honeycutt as a “real salt of the earth” realtor for your land, farm, or ranch property. He is simply a Texas gentleman, conscientious, and thorough on every aspect of buying, listing and selling real estate. His market analysis for listing price was spot on in the range that we eventually closed on. He kept us informed weekly on showings and other pertinent activity in the market. He was patient and reassuring when emotions came into play regarding any regret selling the property – even asked us if we needed a breather and wanted to take it off the market as he was there for the long run. I will use Don for other buy/sell property offers in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
