Excellent support from Greg Hill during the entire process. We walked into his office with no appointment 4-5 weeks ago, since then he worked with us finding a location (and lot) that would fit the needs for us, our kids and grandkids to build a vacation home.We appreciate Greg s expertise related this East Texas area, how to purchase a lot and the future process related to building a house i.e what to think about related to placing the house, finding a designer, a good builder etc etc. He also walked the lot with us, survey in hand, locating the 4 corner points for us to be comfortable with the lot.Thanks for great support.
