Lolly Burns and Carol Coronado are phenomenal people and Real Estate professionals!!!! We moved here from California and Lolly and Carol, were by our side every step of the way while purchasing our new build home. At first, Lolly would FaceTime us showing us new homes and she has a very good eye for noticing things you would not and being honest with you about them. That was so appreciated. We then traveled here in February 2024 and Lolly found us a beautiful new build home in Harlingen. The home was still being built and in the final stages. We then had to return to California to finish up with the sale of our previous home. Lolly And Carol took care of everything here for us and I mean everything. Lolly would FaceTime us so we could see the progress of the home and she and Carol helped us pick out wall colors, flooring and fixtures. Lolly also put us in contact with everyone, from appliances to utilities and she even went to the new home and stayed there while all our new appliances were delivered and installed. This so they could be ready for us when we arrived to start our new life in Texas. I can’t tell you how many times we texted and called Lolly and she would get back to us within minutes. I am not good at writing reviews and only do it when I get exceptional service. Such was the case with Lolly Burns. She met with my wife and me and ensured she knew what we were looking for and our price range. When we found the house we liked, Lolly worked hard at negotiating to get us a reduction in price to fit our range. She stayed in contact with us, kept us posted on all developments, and always returned our calls and responded to our inquiries very quickly. We have dealt with many realtors but only a few who patiently and diligently worked with us to make sure we got the deal we wanted. Lolly was one of them. Now, I realize that is not always possible in every case, but chances are youll come a lot closer to a satisfying experience with Lolly Burns than with any other realtor in this area. Also, unlike most other realtors, Lolly does not simply pick up her commission check and drop out of sight. She followed up and at our request referred us to a number of terrific service providers for help with repairs, pairing, cleaning, and so forth. I hope I dont have to move again, at least not any time soon, but if I do, the first call we will make is to Lolly Burns to sell our house and help us find another.

While she was selling our house at top dollar, she was able to find us our dream house across town and negotiate that deal as well. During the time of the sale and purchasing the new home, my husband was extremely busy at work and my father became ill so I was caring for him. I live in Austin, TX and have actually resisted writing this for Carly for almost 7 months…because it deals with death. The loss of my father.He had lived in The Valley since he was born.As his diabetes worsened, he ended up in a wheelchair, breathing oxygen from a tank.So my family decided it was time to convince him to move to Austin to care for him here.But the first thing we had to do was sell his house. But I’ve lived in Central Texas for over 20 years so I didn’t know who to call.I reached out to some of my old high school pals and they referred me to a few names…One of the realtors was actually one of my mom’s past students back before she retired. It seemed he would be our realtor.But because I had already called some of the other referred realtors, Id made an appointment for Carly to give us a listing proposal.She walked in as my family was having a garage sale.As luck would have it, one of the neighbors came by to look at the garage sale items. When they found out the garage sale meant we were moving, they expressed interest in the house. They wanted to move their parents in on the same street.We had a real, live buyer on our hands!I pulled Carly aside and negotiated a buyer/seller agreement with her on the spot!While that sale didn’t happen, it helped me make my decision. It felt like she was part of our family which is not something you can learn in sales program. We decided to have Carly represent us in selling our house.My dad NEEDED to sell the house to move to Austin. But the house was outdated, in need of some serious repair.Carly helped with everything. From finding roofers, contractors, and junk removers.Yet after 12 showings, we had ZERO offers. The house was not appealing to buyers. We were losing hope. Carly always kept a positive attitude.Then one day, she called and said, we got an offer! And they wanted to close by March.We finally had the house under contract, along with a scheduled closing date. It was finally time for my parents to move to Austin.We were set to close on Good Friday. But there was a mix up due to appraisal issues, so the closing date got moved to the Monday after Easter.Carly kept taking care of the house in general. We had no one else in the Valley to do those simple things that make all the difference.Then I got a text from my sister on Easter Sunday morning… Dad is unresponsive and EMS is here to take him to the hospital. He passed away that morning.It didnt matter that the closing documents were in my father’s possession, Texas deems a contract with a deceased person invalid. They didnt care that all he had to do was sign the documents and get them to the closing at the title company).And when we thought it couldnt get any worse... We could not find my father’s will. It would tell us who hed left in charge as the executor of his estate.It took several months to settle his estate. Carly always remained her cheerful, positive self.I’m not sure if I should say this but there was one exception to Carlys positive attitude.It was when Carly called me to express how heartbroken she and her team were about my father’s passing. She was emotional because she and her team had grown to love my dad. It felt like I was speaking to a relative.But she was a pro... She kept the deal alive by getting creative. She had the buyers sign a lease agreement. This meant they could move in to the house and we would close after executing my dad’s estate.After over a month of searching for his will with no luck, we figured out a work-around.3 months after my father’s passing, we finally executed his estate, and were able to close on the house.I cant recommend Carly enough!
