Sabre and her team of professionals was very easy to work with. She helped us get all we could out of our property in the Texas panhandle. When we got a bad grade on some cosmetic foundation issues through an FHA loan, she even was able to link us with licensed professionals that made the corrections very reasonably and very hastily. We even closed earlier than expected on a home I thought would only go conventional, and got the best bang for our bucks. Thank you Sabre and your team for such a fantastic experience as a seller!!!

Monna helped me buy my first investment property in Amarillo Tx. and was super knowledgeable and professional. I was picky about finding a good location. She found a great house in a cute little neighborhood that I had not previously known was there. I bought a fixer upper and she helped me to envision the potential it could have while staying in my budget. She gave honest and professional opinions/answers to all of my questions and did not try to sell me on something I didn’t want/need.
