I would highly recommend Preston to both in state and out of state buyers!! My wife and I relocated from Virginia to be closer to our grandkids. Preston walked us through a new build as we were out of state and could only see the house a few times. Utilizing FaceTime and pictures and videos he kept us informed and during the walk through he identified some things that needed to be fixed before we moved in. Throughout this entire six month process, he has been a great source of information, extremely reliable, and the most important factor is, he has the utmost integrity. Lastly, he even stopped by after we moved in just to say hi and thank us for the business.

Within one 30 minute phone call that we had placed to Preston on a whim after being guided to him via social media, we were already closer to buying a home with him than with our previous realtor who we worked with for 3 months. The process was professional, yet we felt as we were working with a long time friend.
