Levi Lascsak, Travis Plumb, I found these folks on YouTube. They helped me find a house in Melissa, TX. These folks mean serious business and stand true to their word in saying that they move fast and get you a house in the toughest of markets. And thats where my story began!Last year I moved from New Jersey and began house hunting in the most unprecedented real estate market in US history. Worked with a previous realtor and the process became a Wash, rinse, repeat. For almost a year, I tell them of a house, we go see, and wait in silence until I see the house got an offer and sold. Tired I found Levi and Travis back in December and gave them a chance. My husband Drew and I, were doing research on you tube and kept watching all the videos about moving to Dallas (living in Dallas Texas) we really liked the honest information giving by the Levi and Travis.We are currently in Naples Italy working for the US Navy as a civilian after serving in the US Airforce for 25 years. We cannot thank Levi Lascsak and David Irwin of the Living in Dallas Texas team. They, somehow, in this crazy hot Dallas housing market - got us a house in 3 days!!! We got with them on March 25th, David Irwin (he’s just the quiet, get-it-done type), drove us around the whole day after and showed us the type of properties that we specified and were within our budget. Exactly one month later- here we are in our forever home. We first saw Levi Lascsak on YouTube (LivingInDallas) and so when we got here - we didn’t know anyone - we reached out to them and in less than an hour - they messaged back and asked all the pertinent questions. When we first started considering a move to Dallas, we came across Living in Dallas youtube videos. They were so helpful in getting us familiar with the area, so we reached out to them when we were ready to start shopping for a home. We were lucky enough to be put in touch with Vince, and he was amazing from first contact to closing on our new home.Vince was extremely responsive, closely listened to our preferences, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well supported in our decisions. We were working with a really disappointing agent to sell our current home, and Vince even helped us to navigate that relationship with confidence.We were house hunting from afar (we moved from another state), so we were nervous about making decisions without seeing things in person. Vince quickly, and rightfully, gained our trust and we did what we never thought wed do...we purchased a home after seeing only a video of it (shot by Vince, of course)! I highly recommend 100% Living In Dallas when selling your home. I would especially mention Victor Mata who is a very nice person with such a positive attitude. He was always on top of every step of selling my property as well as showcase the very best highlights of my property. It only took days after posting my property on sale and immediately found a buyer (less than a week). I knew I found a very nice and well-mannered real state agent when I spoke to Victor the first time. He answered all my question honestly in seconds and when I asked him to join a zoom call he immediately does. We planned a last minute trip to visit Dallas and he was able to meet with us and set up some showings so we get a feel for the different neighborhoods here. David Irvin and the team at Living in Dallas truly made our dreams come true! Moving from California to Dallas, a city we had maybe flown through a few times, on an uncertain timeline was stressful! But I knew from my first zoom call with David that he was the right choice. David and his team have so many CA to Texas clients, that working with him felt natural. Being in stationed in Japan made the process of buying a home was more stressful but Levi and his team did they’re best to ensure we got what we were looking for and the best deal out there. Levi and Travis are absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I were visiting the DFW area last week and working a realtor in the Fort Worth area with no luck. They keep showing us around to areas that didn’t fit our needs. Three days into our trip we decided to search around the Dallas area and went to YouTube to search for town east of dallas. We came across the video they made “Living in Forney Texas”. We instantly messaged them at 11pm expressing that we were heading to Forney the following day and that we would like their advice on areas to look in Forney for a new construction.The next morning Levi messaged us and we set up a call right away. We talked and let Levi and Travis know that exactly what we were looking for and that we would be in Forney in a few hours. While driving there Levi and Travis messaged us to meet them at a Model home in Forney. They totally changed their plans for the day and met us to talk to us about what we wanted in a home. That day they showed us a SPEC home that met all of our needs and wants and we decided to move forward with that home. In less then 18 hours we went from watching their YouTube video on Forney to signing the contract on our next home.These guys are great to work with. My in-laws are now working with Levi and Travis to purchase a home in Forney also.

We found Levi and Travis through their YouTube channel while researching the area for our upcoming move to the Dallas area from out of state. The videos gave me a feel for their knowledge of the area as well as their personalities before we needed to commit to a realtor, which gave us confidence that they would be the right agents for us. One of the first things that stood out to us was that their focus was to find the right home for US. They did not act as if it was just a financial transaction for them. The first home they brought us to was the one we ultimately purchased, but they were incredibly patient with us as we wanted to continue looking in multiple areas at various properties over the course of a 10 hour day. They asked questions we didn’t think to ask and it was clear they had our best interest in mind at each property we viewed. I would highly recommend Levi and his partner with no reservations and will be using him again in the future. If you are looking to move to the Dallas area any time soon, whether it be a local move or a long distance move.. he is your guy!
