We are all out of town and selling my father in laws townhouse. There was some minor updating that needed to be done and Jeri handled it. She knew of a reliable painter and even suggested a paint color. The carpet needed to be replaced and again, she knew someone that was reasonable to do the carpet. She kept us informed all along the way and even sent a video after the painting had been done. I cant think of using anyone else if I ever need to sell a property in the Shreveport-Bossier market.

Jerri is hands down the best realtor Ive ever worked with. She is very personable, prompt with info and replies, and will never leave you in the dark.I live in a different state and have been trying to off load a rental for years. A different realty company that I used to manage my property never could sell it and could barely keep it rented. They always made excuses and could only recommend very expensive upgrades to try to sell the property. I called Jerri after reading her reviews and am so glad I did. I followed her recommendations to the letter and spent a fraction of the $ that the previous realtor I used wanted me to. After listing the house, it was under contract in around 24 hours and for $12,000 more than I expected to receive.
