We sold our house with Listing Results and are very happy to report that they far exceeded expectation. My initial conversation with Jack cleared up all my concerns and then Garrett very quickly stepped us through the listing process. It was easy.This may not be for everyone, but I saved almost 4% over the normal listing process since Jack advised that a 2% sale commission was adequate. I have bought and sold multiple properties over the years and had grown to expect the 3% listing fee as normal even though I never really believed that the cost was justified. This is even more true today than ever with housing prices easily in the $600k plus range. The Listing Results business model is the way of the future.Finally, I have to give very high marks to Sheila, who held our hand from contract negotiation right up to the hand off to the title company. She really knows the real estate business and has a keen understanding of the contract details. These folks are really great and I would highly recommend them for almost any normal residential real estate listing. Yes, there is a little DIY time involved, but it was very easy. You will have to do you own staging, but they have recommendations for that too. Be sure to use one of their professional photographers like Shoot-to-Sell.Great job Listing Results…perfect name too!

We recently sold our house using Listing Results as our listing agent. We saved a large chunk of money by not paying the traditional 3% and are very happy we used them. I will say there is a bit of a learning curve. They will pull comps from MLS for you, but they dont really know your neighborhood, house layout/features, etc. You have to be comfortable figuring out pricing and staging for showings (lighting/design/painting/repairs etc). You will have to do a little bit more work yourself, but its not difficult and I think its definitely worth it given the significant cost savings. We actually enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. They are very knowledgeable and they are always there to answer your questions by phone. I would definitely use them again.

First of all, Jack, Sheila and Garrett are professional real estate agents. I have used Listing Results to sell two homes in the past three years. Savings from commission put over $18,000 in my pocket. Savings from their listing advice, full service contract review and representation saved me even more. Frankly, even an inexperienced homeowner selling their home would find their service educational, easy and effective. Having sold many homes with brokers and FSBO, its easy to say that Listing Results beats them all hands down. Ill be using their service for every real estate transaction in the future and you should too.

My listing was on MLS shortly after I submitted it. My Buyer came without a Realtor and Garrett with Listing Results helped me with the entire process. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use them again.

This is the only way to sell a house. Save the 3% commission and do a little of the work yourself, but get everything you need or would get from hiring a selling agent. Sign up for the platinum package and get professional photos. Clear the clutter and stage your house, post the photos, write your own MLS and youre done. They have an automated showing scheduler and a dashboard you can log into. Offers go through Listing Results and they help you with the process. We sold our home from start to closing in less than two months. Tip, price your house close to the comps that Listing Results will provide you with the platinum package. That way you get plenty of showings and dont have to drop your price too quickly from the start. I could not be more pleased with the service and I only wish I could convince everyone to keep more money in your pocket and go with Listing Results flat fee platinum service. Jack was the best!

We found Jack and Sheila with Listing Results in an online search. I did quite a bit of researching first. We closed on our home about 60 days after listing.The entire process for start to finish was very easy and went smoothly. They are a phone call or email away and even in this COVID environment I found them very accessible. Gave good council and made everything easy.They walked us through a tiny glitch even after closing. Id use them again in a heartbeat.Definitely worth purchasing the top level of service. Worth every penny!

Listing results, executed their side of the process timely and flawlessly. I bought the Gold package and very glad I did. The advice needed and received from Listing Results was very helpful. Signing documents was made easy with DocuSign. Lawn sign and lock box came promptly. They answer the phone during normal hours and get back to you on off hours in a reasonable time. Family owned and operated. I have no complaints. I will use Flat Fee Group again, and I would not hesitate to use Listing Results if it were in Texas.

Excellent way to sell a home! Sheila and Jack do a great job. Saved us around $20K. If its a sellers market, there really is no reason to use a conventional sellers agent. Save yourself money! But you have to understand what youre getting. We went with the full package of around $1350. What a bargain! First, you get all the basics you get with any real estate agent. You get comps, you get the listing in the MLS and sites like Zillow/Redfin, etc. You get great advice and excellent negotiators. You also get a lock box, a sign, and the technology for potential buyers to contact you and set up showings. You get amazing professional photos. You get direction on the paperwork needed. But they dont come out to your house, tell you how to price it, or show / stage it. To us that was a plus. No annoying real estate agent that wants you to paint it or stage it, waste money on buying food for an open house, etc. when all that wouldnt make much of a difference, but cost a lot. No being forced to hold open houses. We didnt even put up the sign. All interest came from Zillow or Redfin. Everything else is up to you. You handle the showings, you determine your price. If you want to be there at the showing, great. I think the owners make better sales people than a real estate agent that barely knows the property. So all of that worked for us. It was easy to figure out the pricing since there were several homes that sold this year in the neighborhood. And even though Texas wont disclose the final sale price, its pretty easy to figure out using Zillow & Redfin. When someone wanted to see the home, we decided on the time and got a text, plus a call so requests werent missed. We had three offers within two weeks of being placed online. Sheila did a great job of advising us as to the best offer, then worked to get the deal done. What she said we would get, we got. I think it took maybe two very quick phone calls. No long drawn out process. No wasting time. Jack was amazing, answering every question by email within minutes. Most responsive company Ive ever worked with. And it sold for $10K over the asking price, closed in a month, and was so hassle-free I couldnt believe it. This is how real estate transactions should be. I would DEFINITELY use them again. When I first started out I read the reviews, reviewed all the info on their site, and thought well, what can I loose...if it doesnt work out, Im not out much. What I lost was a huge commission check to a real estate agent! And what I gained was money in my pocket. These folks rock and I highly recommend them. Thank you! Jack and Sheila! So not only can you save a TON of money working with Jack and Sheila, but they were absolute life-savers when we had problems with the funding from our buyers. Their years of experience are invaluable. Be ready to do a lot of the work on your own - but thats completely reasonable for the service they offer and their price point. For most people, thats all youll ever need. But when the chips were down for us and it wasnt going well - they were both there to step in and give us great guidance. We are huge fans.
