Where do I begin? I was at my wits with looking at houses after over a year of searching. I decided to look at one last house that I found without my agent. I believe it was God answering my prayers because I called for an agent to open up the house and that realtor and agent were Lisseth and Damien. Upon looking at the house I was over it and done but Lisseth told me not to give up and that she can find a house that matched my criteria within two weeks. She and Damien held my hand the entire step of the way. They match my criteria down to the T. They treated me like family with kindness, respect and dignity. The first week Damien took me to see maybe 40-50 houses; doing 8-10 showings a day. The following week they gave me a new list but for some reason I had to see the same house I saw the previous week. I went to that one house four times and said you know what this is the house. I bought my kids to the house and they gave me the stamp of approval 😊 Lisseth got to work negotiating and the seller accepted the offer a couple hours later. We went under contract and had inspection done the same week. Lisseth also hooked me up with a better mortgage broker with a better rate than whom I was approved with. It took 3 weeks for me to close on my home which would have been two weeks had the seller not needed more time to move out. I can honestly say that my experience buying a house was amazing not only due to both Lisseth and Damien knowledge and expertise on VA loans and Real estate laws but mainly because they paid attention to details and listened to me the consumer. I am beyond blessed to have had them in my corner.
